I really like this enchantment, because it can give you a measure of control on the monsters your opponent put out. Stuffy Doll really needs to fear this one, as does many rare creatures that are 1/1 monsters. The other use is obvious, for withering powerful monsters your opponent manage to bring out. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite do enough to see much play these days, but I still like using it because it's a fun card.
