Really? No comments? Well then, allow me... This mad little imp is great at wiping out mana producers like BoPs and Llanawar Elves, since alot of people won't attack with their mana rampers. Most of the people in my playgroup tend to drop their creatures for the turn before their combat step, so you can wipe all the summon sickened creatures unlike Siren's Call or Nettling Imp. Now, combined with Norn's Annex you have the potential to murder your opponent during their declare attackers step; so long as they have an even life total or are not playing {W}. And of course there is always the old school combo of Maddening Imp + No Mercy. Weather they deal combat damage or not they will be destroyed either at the end of combat or the end of the turn... Classic.
