It's an amazng midgame card. the type of deck you'd be playing this in is a slow one anyway. after round 6 or so, at end of opponent's turn whenever they don't play anything: bam- draw, repeat next time.

3 stars. A decent mid-game card, useful when you're loaded with mana and can't use it all. Also can be played in opening turns when you need something other than Whispers. In Vintage decks, you're probably going to want to go with Ancestral Recall or Gush, but for casual play, or if your budget can't handle the more expensive options, this is a decent way to go.
