Use it in a u/b draw/go deck, and you can pick up basically everything in the deck. But don't forget that you can pick up creatures with flash, for example Draining Whelk or Teferi. If you have Teferi in play, you can use this card to pick up every creature in your deck, since they now have flash. Paying 6 mana for the flashback is not as much as you might think, i would pay more if necessary ;)
