I belive this card will see more play than you give it credit for Kristen. You dont need to spend mana to have it leave play so yo can combo for free. Plus you can protect him by playing an instant. Blown kiss.

Has limited usages... But works very well with Pandemonium, Soul Warden type creatures, Juniper Order Ranger or anything else that triggers when a creature enters the field. Aura Shards, Cream of the Crop, Electropotence, Genesis Chamber, Mana Echoes, Saltskitter, Sunstrike Legionnaire are also Viable options. I personally use with Sunstrike and can tap quite a few creatures; attack with him, then untap at the end of my turn when he comes back from exile so that I can tap another creature during opponent upkeep, they will either attack or play a spell and Norin will *poof* again allowing the Sunstrike to untap again at the end of their turn.

in a deck with pandemonium, this dude is a 5. (not really, more like a 2)
in any other deck, he is ... bad.

... ...I'm sorry, but I really can't recommend this card. The only thing I can find good to say about it, is that it might be able to work with some sort of combo that a player can cook up, and that in itself can be a fun challenge. However, I'll never use it, because just about every card that red has created is a better bet. *sigh*

No, this card is bad. B-A-D bad. If you are playing a combo deck with this, then your deck is also bad. A Pandemonium combo? You can't think of any other better ways to use Pandemonium than this card? This is one of the worst cards ever printed.

Lol! I love the flavor in Time Spiral, you're right. I realized of course after writing the first review that he can't block. Duh. Anyway, he is a funny card, I'll give you that. But if I pull one out of a booster I won't be laughing. This card sucks. Period.

From a gameplay perspective, this card is awful. It doesn't stay put for anything, you can't even block with him because he disappears when your opponent attacks. From a flavour perspective however, this card is wonderful. Norin has been in flavour text all the way back to the Dark. He's a total coward, as soon as anything happens he disappears, only to reappear when there is no danger. So what if no-one will ever use him in a deck, he's still fun to have around. 1 star for playability, but 5 for flavour!

This card is bad. Okay, a 2/1 for one mana is good, but it'll never stay in play. It's pointless to even attack with it because it will remove itself. The only thing it's good for is early game chump blocking. You could use it in some combos I suppose, but being legendary... Whatever, this card sucks.
