Combos you ask? Scryb Ranger + Vinelasher Kudzu. Throw down Azusa for more growth on the Vine. Try To Arms! or Roar of the Kha. Try Vigilance. Try Hunted Lamassu. Try Seedborn Muse. Try Icy Manipulator. 5 for an 8/8 trample is something I'd work with. Nice card.
