This is a nice, useful card for a fungus/saproling deck. Low mana cost, high toughness -- it helps keep you safe from early-game threats while you build up your saproling army and save up mana for more powerful fungi like Thallid Germinator or Sporoloth Ancient. Not a card to build a deck around, but it carries its weight.
