It's a Vampire disguised as a Sliver, making it even more potent! This guy is a killer - combine it with Spitting Sliver and Toxin Sliver for crazy mono-black Sliverness~ :P
Add Crypt Sliver, Sedge Sliver, some Mountains, a couple of Browbeats and some burn & spot removal, and you have youself a decent Sliver deck :P

one of my favorite slivers. use it in conjunction with a fungus sliver to put two counters your slivers if they kill the creature they attack and take a small amount of damage from it. very nice.
