I use it in my U/B Braids Deck and it really is a key card. In my opinion it's better than Royal Assassin.

IF you have 4 of these no matter what you win.... dont believe me??? when no creatures are out cast 1 faceless butcher then cast the 2nd one removing the first... then cast a 3rd and final one removing the 2nd butcher and it keeps going and going forever so its a TIE BOO YAH

Yeah, this card rules, ecspecially when combined with Merciless Fiend, Gravegourger and other Nightmares in the Torment Set. The 3/3 thing just makes it better.

Good, but not that good. If you're talking current Type II, then yeah, I see what the fuss is. If you're talking Magic in general, Faceless Butcher is just average. Black has always been known for awesome creatures, and this creature does not deserve five stars. Get real.
