Decent, but just not good enough - most of the time it's a 2/2 with vigilance for 3 mana, and you have to leave mana open in order for its threshold ability to be worth anything. If you could activate it from the graveyard at the beginning of your upkeep, it'd be good enough to consider playing, but the way it is now, it's just too shallow to be seriously playable ...
