This Card is great, but it is a lot like elvish piper except for the part that you do not need to tap it.

This is a great card, much like the artifact Quicksilver amulet, only this cards does not require tapping. That said, the amulet does fit into more decks being an artifact.

This is such a great card to have in any deck that can use it. Timmy power gamer is a excelent way to get strong creatures out without having to pay their manner cost. I have one and I think its the best.
