Great in a multi color deck! Its a Unhinged replacement for city of brass, but you only lose half a piont due to mana burn. So what if it comes into play tapped, if you aren't playing with a speed deck (which most multi color decks aren't) you probably won't lose anything if you play it on your first turn. Try getting two out at the same time!
