This is a good card. It actually opens the door to a pseudo-infinite-combo.
Play it during your postcombat main phase, then during the end phase of the previous player's turn, use something to return it to your hand (It helps a lot to use a creature ability, such as that of Temporal Adept), then your turn starts again and you get another untap phase...rinse and repeat. The fun thing about this one is that you only need THREE BLUE LANDS to pull it off!
One of the most fun cards to use, even if it's not the aforementioned combo.
