an excellent sideboard card against 'stasis' and ' rising waters' decks and others of their ilk. and anyway, decks like that are just not fun. so fill the coffers and spend as freely as you wish. 'cause ya' never know how long its going to last when they're just waiting to topdeck that 'boomerang' or 'capsize' or 'chain of plasma' with five counterspells in hand so that you never EVER play it again.........
