In a tinker based deck, this card signals game over. It shuts down opponents mana turn after turn, and without mana they can't do much Perfect fit to a cotrol deck, and hard to solve against any deck except a blue deck. It's too dominating.

These are great in my Type 1 Red/Blue Mana Flare deck. If I haven't got the card I need to finish the game, I've got plenty of time to wait.

Good in a Tinker deck, but not much anywhere else

i have played against several and never really had much trouble. my reason is i use a land destruction/burn spell deck. by the time my opponent actually has access to 5 mana they are usually just about dead.
