Compare this to Dwarven Landslide. 4 equiv. mana cost for one target land destroy. Then a kicker for 3 equiv. mana+ Sacrfice your own land, to destroy a second target land.
Rain of salt costs one less, and doesnt require sacrifice. Its basically two Stone Rains. The main problem being, you need to be able to expend 6 mana safely.
