amateurish blue mages are always intrigued by the possibilities of this card. but really, its just a tease that doesn't deserve its slot(at least in constructed). get over it and put something better in! although i will say that .. i believe its the first set of 'portal' has an owl or bird for two mana that's a 1/1 flyer that does the same as this baby and on top of that let's you draw a card and then discard one! so go find that one for your once or twice a week casual MTG play. or better yet , put some 'cloud faeries' in from 'urza's legacy' if you want to go this way....
