Having the ability to pump out slivers at any time is amazing. With this around I would even need to hunt for my Queen for infinite slivers/life/mana/mill. Id get my hands on it if I had the disposable income!

Does anyone even realize how dangerous this is with a sliver deck? The ability to pump out slivers with no additional penalty is well worth the extra 1 mana per sliver.

This is a great card. First off, it adds eight life to your starting total. Secondly it helps you grab a quick defender when needed.

@Gil... It's not a castable creature, it starts out being 'in play' at the beginning of the game. Look up the Vanguard mechanic.

I love The Sliver Queen and having this one is cool. But I thought the vanguard were bigger and the drawing isn't as great as i thought

Does anyone realize that the original sliver queen can pump out slivers for two instead of three. in my sliver deck i can get those to 4/4 and have sweet abilitys.
