Propaganda/Ghostly Prison on crack~~Keep the cumulative upkeep counters at bay with Power Conduit, Chisei Heart of Oceans, Vedalken Mastermind, etc. I wouldn't suggest Clockspinning since you'll be dropping {3U} to use and buyback each time. Even without keeping cumulative upkeep under control the protection tempo created by this card is amazing
