One of the best man lands. 4 mana for a 3/3 sounds meh at first. But, then you get into the fact that when it swings it gets a +1/+1 counter on it. This is a permanent counter. That means the next time its a creature, its a 4/4. Every swing, it gets bigger. Mix with proliferate, and you've got an ugly Man-Land.
