I run 3 to 4 of these in my Bu/W sun titan frost titan deck. Bottom line is, you cant beat paying 2 for returning a target permanent to someone's hand. Great against : Eternity Vessel, (any enchantment with counters), planeswalkers. Not to mention by turn 4 you can play it and draw a card. This and mana leak should be blue deck x4 staples.
