| Description | Battle of Kyuden Tonbo This soul of a samurai calls out for battle even in times of the most frantic fighting in the Empire's history, and slights to one's family honor are remembered for generations. The Lion and the Dragon wish only to serve their Empress with distinction, but when misunderstandings occur on the field of battle, the heated blood of two warriors can quickly result in steel against steel. These are dark and tragic occurrences, but exactly the sort of occurrence which mars the fields of Kyuden Tonbo again and again throughout the Empire's history. Dutiful Lion samurai heading north to the front lines of the war with the Army of Fire cross paths with compassionate Togashi monks near Kyuden Tonbo, and the most disastrous sort of misunderstanding occurs. The result can only be blood, and the cost may be higher than the Empire can afford at a time when every able body is needed to confront the forces of the Empress' enemies. Battle of Kyuden Tonbo features two Learn to Play decks featuring Dragon monks and Lion samurai.
