Combo this with a tonton (gives -1 entrance cost to female ninjas) then platoon it at turn 3 with a Shizune/Tonton platoon and with the effect put a tsunade in play. At turn 3 you'll have a turn 6 ninja out, therefore this card will basically work all the time

Very good, but the requirements are too specific. Definately a must in females/medical though.
