Really good card, don't underestimate it.
I noticed not many blackwing decks use this card, but i do. This card is really good with shura. There is no other lvl 2 tuner to synchro with, apart from blizzard, but this card can add to that, for example, Summon Blizzard the far north, take a lvl 4 blackwing from your grave and synchro for example Goyo. Get shura to attack a monster that it can destroy, special summon a mistral and then get your goyo to take one of their monsters, then you can synchro with on of their monsters for another powerful synchro. I mean, this card is almost never a dead draw, so why not put it in?

really cool card. can be brought to your hand by summoning any blackwing while you have a black whirlwind in play. also very important because of the gale limit.
