This is such a great card with multiple uses. The best way to use it is in Fortune Ladies to stall your opponent while still reaping advantages from it. There's nothing better then normal summoning Fortune Lady Light with it to remove her, and scoring her effect to being out another Fortune Lady form the deck. Then when Light comes back next turn, Compulsory Evacuation Device to return to your hand, then normal summon her again to repeat!
Another great use is for stalling in decks that don't like it when the opponent gets monsters out. Even decks that swarm need to normal summon from time to time, having to set to get around it can get irritating. In a deck loaded with monster removal like Bottomless Trap Hole and Compulsory Evacuation Device, this works great!
Just beware of Imperial Iron Wall, which stops all remove from play cards, always keep spell and trap destruction cards handy.

I like it with Cyber Phoenix! Because the card targets and my other Machines will not be removed by this cards effect I can't say the same for my oppents monster though.

Great card to stall off your opponent (besides it's obvious need for future lady). This ddeck gives one a chance to get that free tourential tribute, that free shot that is needed to kill an opponent, of my personal favorite is the effect of necroface ^-^ rfp top 5 after reseting the rfp pile ^^

This card is a big seller. Its needed for Fortune Lady decks, but I don't know why else you would use it. Fortune Ladies are real cool though
