Comparing it with Totem dragon, this card is far away better and cheaper. Interesting, it is a "common" card. By my opinion, it deserves a higher rarity (at least "super rare"). If you use dragon deck, this card should be must. So, buy it now while it is still cheap.

One of the best additions to any dragon deck
This card is brilliant, being a level 4 with 2100 def, allows you to set him early on without worrying about losing him, then the following turn using him as 2 tributes to bring out one of the many dragons the game offersHis ability to be special summoned and to fetch a normal type dragon from the grave is brilliant, and plays very well with decks centered around the Blue-eyes or Red-eyes archetypes.All in all, an excellent card at an excellent price.Splashable in any deck that runs dragons.
