if you're up against any top tier decks and you're running macros or RFP strategies then be sure to put this guy in your deck, have it side decked at all times, I'd love to see the face of a LS user getting hit by judgment dragon's effect from scanner...hehehe...there are plenty of other cards to use too, you could even copy stardust dragon if you suspect your opponent has set mirror force or something
his effect remains until the end of the turn so you always have a choice to change the monster's effect and you can choose the same monster all the time if you wish, this card is like phantom of chaos but for your opponent's monsters and that can be both better and worse

it's only a copycat for 1 turn...
not to mention the fact that the monster you want to copy has to be removed from play...
only tip i can give with this card = SOUL RELEASE!
