This card is decent to very good depending on how you built your deck. Slide this card into a deck with Hecatrice (.49 cent here on Troll and Toad) and Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen (2.99 here) and you have a mean combo. Valhalla allows you to special summon a fairy if you don't have any monsters on your field, Hecatrice discards himself from your hand to pull Valhalla out of your deck! Now all you need to do is playing something to force you to draw a card, or wait for your draw phase and then you can draw as many cards as you need!
If you're making a fairy deck I strongly suggest you run this, Splendid Venus, and Athena.
