Smoken hot and one of the best cards in the game that isnt limeted or banned in my opinion but its not going to get hit for a while because it is a TCG exclusive and it is a balanced card that can go in almost ever single tier 1 and tier 2 decks.

Wow the design is amazing, but this card is just screaming REPRINT ME, REPRINT ME. So maybe i'll wait to buy the secret.

Amazing card, this paired with birdman can make some amazing plays.

Also, this card makes it so much easier to create Herald perfect lock. Summon her, Special Djinn, Releaser of Rituals, Ritual Herlad. Congrats... your opponent cannot Special Summon! Also, remove Dawn from play to get Guide back to the hand. This time Sync or XYZ summon.

Its going to be a good format with her at 3 lol.

This card will be freakin banned. Exceeds will make this card more broken than it is now.

A card that's destined for greatness and can only get better with time unlike most cards. Even now without xyz summoning this card shines. Many advantageous plays come to mind in the current format involving this card, such as Summon Tour Guide, fetch another copy from your deck, return Summoned Tour Guide to hand for Genex Ally Birdman, Syncro for 7 and use the returned Tour Guide next turn for even more advantage. Substitute Sangan for Tour Guide in the last play for more +1's. Summon Tour Guide, Special Summon Sangan from your deck, Return Tour Guide to hand for Genex Ally Birdman, Syncro for 7, and activate Sangan's effect. Congratulations, you just summoned a level 7 syncro for no cost! (-1 for summoning Tour Guide, +1 for returning Tour Guide to hand for Genex Ally Birdman, -1 For summoning Genex Ally Birdman, +1 for Sangans effect = 0 Cost). And thats just the tip of the iceberg. When xyz monsters come out, there will be all kinds of degenerate plays that this card will facilitate such as Summoning a 2500 beater using 1 Tour guide and Summoning a monster that can special summon removed from play monsters once per turn like Birdman =]. Plus this card loads up the graveyard for Pot Of Avarice, works well with Creature Swap and The Transmigration Prophecy, and even makes Gallis OTK more consistent lol. Along with Tengu, I haven't seen a TCG exclusive this good in a long time. Pick these up while you can, I'm sure the price is only going to go up.

Fetches Sangan, Giant Germ, or another copy of this. Excellent for making Rank 3 Exceeds. Since both of them resolves in graveyard their effects are not negated by this card.

A very useless card at the moment since there are no excess summon monsters available.

Cons
Forces you to have at least one other lvl3 fiend (with no effect).
Very weak monster
Effect only when normal summoning

Pro's
Excess summoning a 3 star monster
Special summoning a monster such as Raviel
The monster may be special summoned from the deck
