Pretty good in spellcasters or water based decks and great vs single attribute decks out there (LS/BW/Infernity/Samurai/X Sabers/TeleDAD/etc.) Another level 3 spellcaster tuner is Eccentric Boy. However, I am beginning to see geomancer as a much better alternative spellcaster tuner for a level 3 tuner that is.

Good in a spellcaster deck to bring out Arcanite. Attack is low, however effect could be potentially useful against certain decks. Bring it out via Sangan, Magician's Circle, or Magical Exemplar. As far as I know this is the only level 3 spellcaster tuner.
