Do you run a Fabled deck? You run three of these in the Extra Deck. No ifs, ands, or buts.
This guy is crazy good. He's the themes draw card in almost all of the sense. At first his effect may seem hard to get off, having next to no hand. But the Fabled's are an archtype that discard heavily with no real replenishing options, besides their synchros. Ragin's effect is extremely important and you'll end up summoning and getting his effect off pretty much every duel.
Five stars for an awesome archtype synchro.
