It's because it's the only spellcaster 5 stars fusion, allowing for quick Arcanites, and it's not like there's anything else you can get from Metal Raiders.

I completely agree. There is no way in the world this card should cost so much money. Although, it is good card non-the-less for getting out Arcanite Magician.

lol i don't get this...why does this card cost so much, its a common...in a booster pack...
anyway gameplay wise you can pull out some quick synchros or tributes by special summoning this dude with instant fusion...nothing else...
