Here's the heart and soul of stalling! Can't be destroyed by battle, and monster removal's easily negated by Heart of Clear Water and such. Its Dark Hole effect can be paired up with Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys's effect for a ridiculously clean sweep of the field every time it comes to your turn. If you manage to get this card out along with the Phoenix and summon The Calculator, you've got an OTK right there: 2400 from the Phoenix, and 6000 from The Calculator.
The only problem with it is that it only works in themed decks.
Advanced: 4/5. Especially with Dark Hole having been banned...
Traditional: 4/5. It might be a bit slow for this metagame.
Themed: 5/5. Even if you can't get her off the field, she's useful.

Not the greatest card, but it is, nonetheless, one of my favourites! Pair this monstrosity with Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys and you've got yourself a lock down strategy that makes experienced duelists cry in frustration. Yubel may be tier 2 at the moment, but that's just because people aren't giving it the chance it deserves.
