This is actually a pretty sweet card. It's like reload but includes a monster on your side. How could that be useful? Lets say your monster attacks and the opponent flips mirror force. You can use this to save one of your attack position monsters from being destroyed. Also, since it's like reload, you can replace a bad hand. It's a pretty interesting card, as long as you're willing to remove a monster from the field. You can abuse this with cards like Reborn Tengu that will be replaced when they leave the field.
