The precursor to the infamous cyber dragon. This card is nothing more than a collection piece now, or a card in a 'fun' deck. But still, giving it a fair evaluation - it isn't a bad card. DARK makes it compatible with Allure, DaD, and other various DARK support cards (which run rampant). Warrior makes it a decent tech (maybe even in a DARK/Solidarity/Dark Scorpion deck) with a bunch of support backing it. The 2200 ATK is irrelevant for the most part...
Now, backing up a bit. We have a meta where swarming - a word synonymous with the advanced format especially - is always prominent. He who can fill his field with powerful monsters first wins, as they say. Unlike Cyber Dragon, The Fiend Megacyber is a level 6, allowing for different synchro options. Furthermore, you CAN have monsters out before summoning him via his effect. But is this truly good? Maybe if you're synchro summoning, or have a follow-up card to push an advantage. But anything you can think of using this guy for, you can certainly find something more effective.
A great oldie. Nostalgic. Just... Its niche has been taken by newer cards. I recommend getting one for your binder, so you can smile at it occasionally.
