You all underestimate this card,
you don't know the countless people that use stardust dragon in their deck, It gets really annoying and this card can put them in their tracks or at least hold off something like stardust dragon until you draw a smashing ground or something.

kills monarchs (except zaborg), fusions and synchros over level 6 (gyzarus, goyo, stardust, dark strike fighter, this card can negate anything that is not magical android or armory arm for synchros and for fusions it can negate gyzarus and heraklinos and also FGD and other annoyances) and other useful cards which include red-eyes darkness metal dragon, prime material dragon (burn decks can side deck this card for use against prime), yubel, etc, etc...

A continuous Trap Card that stops Special Summoned LV6 and higher monsters in their tracks? Very good.
I can see this card becoming insanely popular if the new OCG rulings with Priority hits the TCG.

This card is pretty useful especially against synchro's. Most of the powerful ones are lvl 6+. So this would do you good If you want to lock down those powerful monster your opponent special summons. Also This would go well with a beat down deck Considering you go in and out fast with black wings, zombies, Psychics and other beat downs. Considering people usually pull come backs with Special summoned monsters/ Synchro monster.

A decent card. Especially with decks out there getting more and more dependent on special summoning.
But seriously, people need to start reading cards correctly.
First, this card won't stop anything that isn't special summoned. That includes monarchs that were tribute summoned.
Second, this is a continuous trap card. Meaning, this card will stay on the field as long as it isn't destroyed by some effect.

This card is alright i guess. No, it does not stop monarchs though, because they are generally tribute summoned. This does stop powerful cards, yet only for 1 turn, so be prepared to get ran over the following turn
