While it IS true that if your going for pure attack, Chainsaw Insect is more of a way to go. With the current meta as it is, Powerhand is definitely worth a shot. 2100 attack on a normal summon/special summon non tribute monster is pretty frightening. More so with Core overclock, which makes him a 2600. But its not the attack power you should be looking at, no thats a nice bonus from being a Koa'ki. Its his effect that will make him shine. While he can't stop Sangan or squash that Mystic Tomato's effect. He can rip through one of the most common monsters in the meta, Ryko, with no sweat because he negates his effect, which definitely makes him worth running in a Koa'ki build, or even a machine build who finds trouble going against the little dog.

if power is what you need then you should check out chainsaw insect, 2400 atk at level 4, 300 more atk than this guy however you don't give your opponent hand advantage with powerhand...unless you consider showing him the card a big disadvantage, at any rate, i think its worth it...

he gets 4 stars because he can be a dead card quite often, seeing as most decks don't have many traps and most of them are counter traps, the stuff you can show to your opponent that I can think of right now that you probably have in your deck is bottomles, torrential, mirror force, trap dustshoot and compulsory evacuation device
