This card is amazing for Blackwing decks. So many ways to summon you can synchro from vayu and a level 4 monster from the grave to summon him or use shura's effect to summon him from the dec after shura destroys a monster. Vayu then looses its effect allowing it to synchro on the field a quick 5 star synchro. Great strategy for any Blackwings

Quite the decent card, it can actually fit in Dragunities aswell, allowing you to summon something like DG Knight - Barcha if you toss in a Pilum or Darkspear into the deck.

This card is underrated the effect is pretty good the defense is kind sloppy though

I have to give it a four because this card is only good with winged beast decks like black wings or Harpies.
