Excellent, excellent card. While you have your Macro Cosmos out, whenever he leaves the field, he comes back. A monster that will block every turn? Yep. A monster that lets you Tribute Summon Monarchs for free, and higher level monsters for 1? Yep. A great card in any situation, though he loses a bit of playability because he has to be on the field before he bites the dust.
